DMCA Compliance Statement
We respect copyright laws and take the protection of intellectual property very seriously. If you’re a copyright owner or an agent acting on behalf of one, and you believe that any content on our site violates your rights, this page will guide you on how to submit a DMCA takedown notice.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you find something on our site that you believe infringes on your copyright, here’s what you need to do:
- Write a Notice: Your DMCA takedown notice needs to include specific details so we can process it quickly. Be sure to include the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the material you believe is infringing.
- Your contact information, so we can reach you (email, phone number, etc.).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Send the Notice to Us: You can email the notice to:
- Email Address: [email protected]
- Physical Address: Ulitsa Lebedeva, 34, Perm, Perm Krai, Russia, 614000
Once we get your notice, we’ll take a look and remove the offending content if necessary.
Counter-Notice
If you believe the content we removed as a result of a DMCA notice was taken down in error, you can file a counter-notice. The counter-notice should include:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your signature (electronic or physical).
Send your counter-notice to the same contact information provided above, and we’ll review it. If everything checks out, we may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complaining party files a lawsuit.
